Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (Hereafter "DALO") intends to enter into a Framework Agreement regarding military backpacks and pouches. The Framework Agreement is divided into 2 lots. Tenderers may choose to submit offers regarding either or both lots. With regards to Lot 1 (Military Backpacks): The Danish soldier and emergency personnel will use the backpacks for educational, tactical and operational tasks, both nationally and internationally. The Danish soldiers work in different environments regarding weather and climates, and the backpacks must be functional and durable throughout the change of weather. The backpacks will be used intensively for long periods of time, and will be carried physically by soldiers or loaded on vehicles. The backpacks must endure being dragged over uneven surfaces, being transported over water and get thrown with a heavy load from or onto vehicles. With regards to Lot 2 (Pouches): The Danish soldiers and emergency personnel use a variety of different pouches that have specific functions regarding the equipment and items they contain. The pouches will be mixed and matched depending on the task or mission. The soldiers and the emergency personnel will attach the pouches to their backpacks and the body armor for customization, for extra volume and easy accessibility. The variety of items that require a dedicated pouch varies from medical equipment, magazines for different types of firearms, grenades, tools, binoculars and more. The Danish soldier’s works in different kinds of weather and climates, and each pouch must be functional and durable throughout the change of weather. The pouches will be used intensively for long periods, and will be transported by foot and on vehicles. While being attached to a backpack the pouches must endure being dragged over uneven surfaces, being transported over water and get thrown from or onto vehicles, containing a heavy load. Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement regarding procurement of Operational Eyewear as well as spare parts, as the Danish Defence, the Ministry for Resilience and Preparedness and the Danish Police has a need for Operational Eyewear for their personnel (collectively “The Buyer”). The Buyer shall be entitled to use the Framework Agreement for purchase of the deliverables on the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement. The Operational Eyewear is an essential part of the personnel's equipment and personal protection equipment, and will be used across training, educational and operational tasks both nationally and internationally. The eyewear must be able to integrate with various types of equipment and be usable with different types of headwear and related gear and must equally be useable without any headwear or related gear. The Operational Eyewear is divided into 5 eyewear categories. The tenderer shall provide DALO with a Framework Agreement covering all 5 categories: 1)Ballistic Eyewear 2)Ballistic Goggle 3)Tactical Parachute Goggle 4)Arctic Goggle 5)Ballistic Eyewear with prescription correction in the protective lenses The Operational Eyewear shall protect the personnel's eyes from various threats, including fragments, dust, sun, airborne insects and similar foreign objects as well as laser light. The Operational Eyewear is intended for operational use. Therefore, the personnel must be able to carry, put on, change configuration, stow and clean the eyewear during training and combat operations. Reg. 1) The tenderer shall offer a selection of 5 different models* of Ballistic Eyewear in order to fit most possible personnel with different facial shapes without compromising safety parameters, one of the models shall be compatible with COMM templets and such model shall be offered in three different sizes (Small, Medium, Large). Each of the 5 models of Ballistic Eyewear offered shall be of a one shield type eyewear (one lens covers both eyes). *A model = a product variant that has a uniform design, function and technical specification that distinguish it from other variants. Different sizes of the same product variant shall not be considered separate models. Reg. 2) The Ballistic Goggle shall include lenses with different properties for use in different environments and conditions. The Ballistic Goggle shall be a shield type goggle (one lens covers both eyes) and must be designed for use in combination with a helmet and shall either be equipped with an elastic retention strap or be capable of being directly mounted onto the helmet. The Ballistic Goggle must provide a close and secure fit to the face to ensure optimal protection and comfort and prevent fogging. Reg. 3) The Tactical Parachute Goggle will primarily be used by personnel in special operation forces for both training and actual military operations. Danish special operation forces will use the Tactical Parachute Goggle for educational and operational tasks, both nationally and internationally. The Tactical Parachute Goggle shall be consisting of either one shield type goggle (one lens covers both eyes) or one wrap type (two lenses covering an eye each) low profile eyewear and must be designed for use in combination with a helmet and shall either be equipped with an elastic retention strap or be capable of being directly mounted onto the helmet. The Tactical Parachute Goggle must provide a close and secure fit to the face to ensure optimal protection and comfort and prevent fogging. Lenses shall be easily removed from the primary frame and replaced with another lens. Reg. 4) The Arctic Goggle shall protect the soldier’s eyes from ex. snow, frost, sun and foreign objects. The Arctic Goggle is intended for operational use therefore, the soldier needs to be able to carry, put on, change configuration, stow and clean the systems, all during training and combat operations with gloves on. The Arctic Goggle shall be a shield type goggle (one lens covers both eyes) suitable for arctic conditions, designed for use in combination with a helmet and shall either be equipped with an elastic retention strap or be capable of being directly mounted onto the helmet. The Arctic Goggle must provide a close and secure fit to the face to ensure optimal protection and comfort and prevent fogging. The Lenses in the Arctic Goggle shall be capable of being easily removed from the primary frame and replaced with another lens. Reg. 5) The Ballistic Eyewear with prescription correction in the protective lenses will be used by Personnel for both training and operational use. The Ballistic Eyewear with prescription correction in the protective lenses can be a one wrap type low profile eyewear (two lenses covering an eye each with prescription correction in the protective lenses) and should not include an RX carrier solution. ... All Categories of Operational Eyewear must comply with MIL-PRF-32432A or equivalent, covering subject areas such as Ballistic fragmentation protection, Ultraviolet absorption, Haze/resistance to scratching/abrasion, Environment, User survivability and Chemical Resistance. The eyewear must further be assessed as a High Impact Protector in compliance with ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2010 or equivalent. Categories 1, 2, 3 and 5 must additionally include a dark lens complying with ISO 12312-1.2023 or equivalent, and Category 5 must further comply with STANAG 2029 or equivalent regarding ballistic fragmentation protection. The specific references to the standards are further described in the tender documents. Where it says “or equivalent” above (or in the tender documents), this should be understood as equivalent or indisputably better. It is always the Supplier’s responsibility to demonstrate equivalence or improvement in relation to any requirement. For further requirements regarding standards, spare parts etc., reference is made to the tender documents.

Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) is putting acquisition of medals up for a coming tender. The Danish National Police and other buyers will also be able to buy medals etc. on the coming Framework Agreement. DALO will be the contracting authority on behalf of DALO, the Danish National Police and other buyers. Medals and accessories are awarded to both military personnel and civilians as recognition for their achievements and/or for their excellent service record. A medal usually consists of a metal disc featuring a die-struck design on both sides and a ribbon or loop attached to the metal disc. The medals shall be used on the uniforms, during (military) service, for parades, ceremony events, etc. The accessories for medals are as following, but differs according to needs for the buyer: Medal Boxes Miniature Oak Leafs and miniature Arabic Numbers that can be attached to the medal ribbon Ribbon Bars Medal Holder Medals and accessories shall be produces in accordance with the buyer's technical requirements and drawings. The technical requirement(s) stipulates the use of precious metal in the form of e.g. 999 fine silver and 24-carat gold plating. The supplier shall enter into a lending contract governing its use of the buyer’s production tools. The buyer shall be entitled to order the production of new production tools. The Agreement shall also cover design of new medals.

Forsvarsministeriet Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelsen (FMI) ønsker at undersøge, om det er muligt at udskifte kranen på søværnets transportskib Sleipner til en model med længere rækkevidde, hurtigere løftehastighed og mulighed for montage af et snubber- eller dockinghead til brug ved opsamling af materiel fra vandoverfladen. En ny kran skal kunne integreres i Sleipners eksisterende systemer. Af hensyn til skibets stabilitet er der et entydigt krav til, at kranen har en lav vægt, og at kranens tyngdepunkt er centreret omkring fundamentet. FMI opfordrer markedet til at besvare denne RFI samt vedlægge al relevant information, produkt præsentationer og/eller kataloger, som leverandøren måtte finde relevante i forbindelse med denne markedsdialog. Efter at have modtaget besvarelser fra markedet på denne RFI, vil FMI muligvis følge op på besvarelsen ved at kontakte leverandørerne eller ved at afholde møder, såfremt FMI vurderer, at der er et behov for dette.

Dette udbud angår tildeling af rammeaftale om levering, vedligeholdelse og reparation af lagerreoler og tilbehør hertil (herefter Aftalen) og alle bilag til Aftalen (herefter Bilag). Aftalen skal dække FMI’s behov for forsvarlig opbevaring af Forsvarsministeriets koncerns materiel. Materiel, som skal opbevares, vil være af forskellig karakter både i forhold til type, vægt og størrelse. Udover levering af reoler mv. skal leverandøren være i stand til at udføre årligt lovpligtigt reoleftersyn samt reparationer af Forsvarets reoler i Danmark. Årligt lovpligtigt reoleftersyn og reparationer skal gennemføres på Forsvarets lokationer i Danmark på både Forsvarets nuværende reoler (der henvises til Aftalens Bilag 5) - primært af STOW og Constructor reoler samt i mindre udstrækning af META reoler - samt nyindkøbte reoler i henhold til Aftalen.

The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) is planning a future tender in connection with the acquisition of metal objects. The metal objects are used for the Danish Defence, the Danish Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) and the Danish Home Guard. The acquisition covers about 350 metal objects and in particular the following objects: • Regiment badges, • Metal shoulder distinctions, • Educational distinctions, • Belt and cape buckles, • Enameled metal objects, • Buttons, and • Metal objects for peaked caps, kepi and Bearskin cap. DALO intends to use the deliverables for the Danish Army, the Navy, the Air force, the Home Guard, DEMA as well as other authorities under the Danish Ministry of Defence. The deliverables are to be used for uniforms for the above-mentioned, to signify a person’s rank, affiliation and/or qualification, as well as for regiments badges, metal buttons, a coat of arms, etc. More information about the acquisition can be found in the Request for Information (RFI), which can be accessed via www.Ethics.dk. DALO wishes to enter into a long-term public contract and would like to enter into a dialogue with the market so DALO can obtain information about the possibilities and restrictions on the market.
