Kolumbus AS

The objective of the procurement is to cover the need for UX design from one hired resource to create good user experiences in the Kolumbus app, in Kolumbus ́s web solution and other digital information surfaces. The assignment is estimated to be a 100% position in the contract period. The start up is 26.05.2026, with a duration until 31.12.2026, with the possibility for an extension for 6+6+6 months, with a total total duration of two years.

Rogaland County shall acquire KGV (procurement) and KAV (contract administration) tools. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer.

This competition is for the procurement of a framework agreement for the procurement of client equipment, tablets and accompanying equipment: This includes, among other things, the procurement of stationary and portable client equipment with the accompanying equipment, monitors, as well as tablets, physical servers and backup products. Sandnes municipality, Rogaland Fylkeskommune (RFK), Randaberg municipality, Dental health Rogaland, Kolumbus AS (including Bysykkelen AS), Rogaland Brann og Redning IKS (RBR), and RitS (IT cooperation consisting of Strand municipality, Hjelmeland municipality, Sauda municipality and Suldal municipality) hereby invites tenderers to a competition. Sandnes municipality functions as a secretary for the cooperation. The contracting authority/customer will be used as the collective term for the cooperation. Each of the contracting authority ́s participants in the cooperation on the procurement shall enter into separate contracts with the tenderer(s) when the competition has been completed. Nb that a joint contract will be signed for RitS and for Kolumbus AS and Bysykkelen AS.

The Contracting Authority needs a framework agreement for the purchase of network equipment, firewall, fixing equipment, accompanying cables, as well as consultants for error recovery and configuration. The agreement also includes the procurement of licences for the accompanying equipment if the contracting authority needs to procure it during the contract period, both EA licences for those using this, and individual licences and service agreements. The contracting authority ́s participants in the procurement have different ways of handling licences for network equipment. Some of the participants have an EA-agreement with Cisco and therefore do not procure a licence with the equipment. Other participants purchase both equipment and licences simultaneously. The competition is being held as network equipment is priced without a licence, and some selected accompanying licences and service agreements will be priced separately. The contracting authority can, during the contract period, wish to procure a network as a service for individual locations. This shall not be included in this agreement. Kolumbus shall procure a framework agreement for the purchase and operation of gateways for use on board vehicles - primarily buses, but the equipment shall also be used on boats and trains. The equipment shall enable communication over the mobile network between the vehicle and the contracting authority ́s cloud based back system, with connection to, among other things, antenna for mobile networks, position data and FMS. The system can consist of one or more physical components, depending on how integrated hardware system the tenderer can deliver.

Kolumbus invites tenderers to participate in a competitive dialogue on future IT operations and accompanying services. The aim is to enter into a contract for the delivery of a comprehensive, secure and flexible IT service that supports Kolumbus ́s mobility platform and further digitalisation. The agreement shall cover general operation of Kolumbus' IT and OT environments, including security and monitoring services (SOC), infrastructure and network, application management, as well as consultancy and innovation. The system shall ensure stability, security and flexibility and facilitate digital development and sustainable operation.
