  • •The hourly rate shall include all costs in connection with the assignment:
  • •The hourly rate shall be given excluding VAT and including all mark-ups.
  • •All costs connected to the delivery (charges, delivery, travel costs, telephone number,
  • •copying, packaging, remuneration and all other cost elements) shall be
  • •included in the hourly rate.

• The tenderer's assignment comprehension, availability and flexibility.

  • •Tenderers shall describe the following:
  • •Assignment comprehension: How the tenderer will safeguard the objective of the framework agreement and
  • •scope, see the requirement specifications points 1 and 2. The description shall highlight
  • •main features in methodology, organisation of assignments, reporting and involvement of
  • •the municipality ́s liability.
  • •Availability: The tenderer ́s availability for the municipality, including how they
  • •ensure good communication and follow-up.
  • •Flexibility: How the tenderer will handle short deadlines and adjust resource use
  • •in phases one and two in call-offs.

• The tenderer's competence

  • •Tenderers shall account for their available competence in the framework agreement,
  • •including how they can put together different competences and ensure both breadth and
  • •top competence in accordance with the municipality ́s needs. The description shall also clarify
  • •how the tenderer will combine audit and investigation competence where this is
  • •relevant.
  • •Tenderers shall, in addition, enclose a short CV for the key persons offered to
  • •the framework agreement. The CVs shall show relevant education, experience and competence. The CVs
  • •shall contain a brief text describing why the competence and experience is
  • •relevant for the framework agreement.
  • •The assessment will be based both on the tenderer ́s total resources and the competence of
  • •offered key persons.
