Eignungskriterien

• Financial solidity

  • •Tenderers shall substantiate the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
  • •Minimum requirement for credit rating A.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •The contracting authority will, via the start bank, check if the requirements are met.
  • •Alternatively, documentation is to be enclosed that the tenderer has sufficient solidity through a credit rating from a suitable credit rating company. The credit rating shall be from the last annual accounts that have been approved.

• Reference projects own business

  • •Relevant experience
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •A short list of relevant assignments carried out during the last 3 years. The list shall include information on the extent of the work and a reference person with contact information.

• Quality assurance system

  • •A quality assurance/management system that is sufficient to fulfil the contract.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •ISO certified quality assurance/management system is certified as documentation. The contracting authority will check the requirements via the starting bank. Alternatively, an account can be enclosed of the company ́s quality assurance/management system.

• Environmental management system

  • •An environmental management system that is sufficient to implement the contract
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •The ISO certified environmental management system is certified as documentation. The contracting authority will check the requirements via the starting bank. Alternatively, an account can be enclosed of the company's environmental management system.

• Requirements for the offered personnel

  • •All personnel who shall carry out the assignment shall be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Norwegian on a level that is necessary for:
  • •* Understanding of the assignment ́s requirements
  • •* Secure and correct communication with the contracting authority.
  • •* Preparation of necessary documentation/reports
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Self-declaration that confirms the necessary Norwegian oral and written language competence of proposed personnel.

• The offered project organisation

• After an assessment, it has been found that it is not appropriate to have a separate award criteria for climate and environmental considerations in this assignment. The contracting authority ́s assessment is that the relevant considerations are adequately taken care of via the assignment ́s requirement specification. Emissions in connection with the preliminary project itself are assessed so small that it cannot be seen as significant to emphasise measures to reduce this, thus the obligation to weight climate and environmental considerations does not apply with a minimum of thirty percent.
