Eignungskriterien

• Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or registered in a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement

  • •• Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

• The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation requirement

  • •• A solidity assessment/credit rating from a publicly certified credit rating company. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures.
  • •• The assessment must provide information on the credit worthiness, i.e. Dun &amp
  • •Bradstreet rating "A"/"Credit worthy" or equivalent from another approved credit rating company.
  • •The result shall be given in the documentation that a graded value (letters or numbers etc.) on a defined scale.
  • •o Tenderers with a rating worse than "A"/Credit worthy" will be rejected.
  • •• The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

• Tenderers must have fulfilled their obligations with respect to the payment of taxes and payroll tax. Documentation requirement

  • •• Certificate from the tax collector (RF-1316)
  • •• The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears and other notes must be explained.
  • •• Foreign companies must submit equivalent certificates that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties.
  • •The contracting authority can also obtain a tax certificate via e-proof.

• Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Documentation requirement

  • •• Description of the tenderer ́s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years.
  • •• Tenderers shall fill in annex 2 - reference form.
  • •It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.

• The tenderer shall have good routines and methods for quality assurance. Documentation requirement

  • •• Documentation that includes a short description of the tenderer's methods and procedures for quality assurance.
  • •• If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of valid certification.

• Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability/capacity that shows that the tenderer can fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement

  • •• A short, overall description of the company shall be given, including:
  • •o An account of the company ́s business concept and core competence related to the scope of the delivery.
  • •o An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business activities.
