Eignungskriterien

• • •Tenderers are registered in a professional register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU
  • •suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
  • •Minimum qualification requirements
  • •Registration in a company register or a trade register in accordance with national legislation (Company Registration Certificate).
  • •Documentation is to be marked "Annex 1 - Company Registration Certificate"

• For financial key figures stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that the actual value(s) of the requested key figures are as follows

  • •Minimum qualification requirements
  • •Tenderers shall have sufficient solidity, liquidity and financial ability to fulfil the contractual obligations.
  • •Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement, i.e. a minimum of score A or equivalent.
  • •Fulfilment of the qualification requirement shall be documented with an annual report with key figures from the last financial year, as well as a credit rating from a publicly certified credit rating company. The credit rating must not be more than six months from the qualification deadline.
  • •Tenderers can, at their own request, elaborate on their financial and economic position through information of recent dates than the last approved annual accounts. The requirement can also be fulfilled and documented with guarantees or declarations from a parent company or similar. Documentation is to be marked "Annex 3 Financial Capacity".

• Only for public goods deliveries

  • •In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
  • •Minimum qualification requirements
  • •Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.
  • •Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. Complete "Annex D - List of relevant references".
  • •The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
  • •Comparable assignments means experience from the delivery of a lorry with a fixed crane to a public or private entity.
  • •It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description, and the contracting authority must be able to contact the stated references as needed.
