The contracting authority will check the registration by using the organisation number stated in the tenderer ́s profile in Artfik. Tenderers who are not registered in the above register must present a certificate or confirmation (equivalent company registration certificate) for registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. Such a certificate shall not be issued more than six months before the submission of the qualification request.
