Eignungskriterien

  • •Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

• The tenderer ́s registration

  • •The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Tenderers shall submit a valid Company Registration Certificate, not older than 6 months.

• The tenderer's economic and financial capacity

  • •Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. The intention is to give the contracting authority security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the period of the agreement.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Tenderers shall submit a credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. The turnover requirement is set at NOK 300 million per annum.

• Competence, capacity, breadth, administration and geographical coverage.

• • •Tradebroker has, in consultation with DFØ, assessed the industry against the procurement ́s climate and environmental impact. Large parts of the contract ́s object for services in this procurement. The market included in the contract mainly consists of suppliers who procure goods produced by other.
  • •The tenderer ́s impact on the environmental impact is therefore primarily for consultancy that contributes to the customer choosing the right products, as well as handling waste etc. This is considered unsuitable to separate the suppliers from each other in a verifiable way.
  • •Based on the assessment, Tradebroker has concluded that it clearly gives a better effect on making requirements than weighting the environment with 30% cf. FYF § 7-9 fourth paragraph. Tradebroker will therefore not weight the environment with 30% in this procurement, see annex 8 for further information.
