  • •Tenderers shall be registered in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority ́s Cleaning Register. Dokumeters with certification from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.

• Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that

  • •Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the contract.
  • •The credit rating must show that the tenderer is credit worthy without security. Tenderers with a rating lower than this, i.e. rating lower than B, not credit worthy, credit worthy with security or all credit advised against them, will be rejected from the competition.
  • •The contracting authority will, on its own initiative, carry out a credit check of the tenderer who is awarded the contract.
  • •The contracting authority will use a certified credit company, including Dun&amp
  • •Bradstreet, when a credit check is carried out by the company.

  • •In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.

  • •Tenderers shall document three relevant reference assignments that the tenderer has carried out in the last five years.

  • •Time period for the delivery
  • •Brief description of the delivery

  • •The contracting authority encourages tenderers to use the attached template for reference assignments to ensure that all the requested information is followed by the tender.
  • •The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated references.
• • •Is the tenderer able to submit certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the stated environmental management systems or standards?
  • •Minimum qualification requirements
  • •Tenderers shall have implemented environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contract ́s environmental provisions, cf. The requirement specifications and requirements for climate and environment.
  • •A description of the tenderer's environmental management measures. If a tenderer has certificates from independent bodies that document the environmental management system, they can be presented as documentation.
  • •Reference is made in this regard to the EU Scheme for Environmental Management and Environmental Audit (EMAS), other recognised environmental management systems in Regulation (EF) no. 1221/2009 article 45, such as Eco-Lighthouse or equivalent, and other environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards from accredited bodies such as ISO 140001 or equivalent.
