  • •The price will be evaluated based on the completed price form in Annex 5: Price and Price Terms.
  • •Tender prices are converted to points using a linear method and weighted in accordance with the given weight. The lowest offered hourly rate will be 6 points. Twice as high an hourly rate as the lowest, gives 0 points. Minus points are not given.

• Competence and experience

  • •The evaluation emphasises the following elements:
  • •• The tenderer ́s follow-up of competence of the offered personnel.
  • •• The offered personnel ́s competence and experience, including relevant experience from similar or equivalent assignments, relevant education/courses, relevant certification, personal qualities and language requirements.

• The tenderer's comprehension of assignments

  • •The tenderer ́s assignment comprehension as regards:
  • •• General success criteria for the execution of the contract
  • •• Understanding the necessary interface and framework terms between project manager and project security manager.
  • •• Security interaction with the project's tenderers.
  • •• Reporting routines against relevant parties in the project.
