Eignungskriterien

• Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Declare in tender letter, documented on request • Norwegian companies

  • •• Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
• • •Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have satisfactory liquidity and solidity, minimum A or equivalent.
  • •Declare in tender letter, documented on request
  • •Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The credit rating must not be more than three months old. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
• • •Tenderers are required to have a quality assurance system.
  • •Declare in tender letter, documented on request
  • •An account of the tenderer ́s existing routines and documentation that the requirement for the quality assurance system/management system applicable for the assignment is covered.
  • •If this is described in the tenderer ́s quality assurance system iht. ISO 9001 or equivalent, documentation of this can be enclosed.
• • •Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.
  • •Declare in tender letter, documented on request
  • •Complete annex 5.
  • •Description of up to three of the most relevant deliveries from similar contracts in the last five years. Including information about the value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email). The contracting authority must be given the authority to contact the person in question.
  • •References must be contactable if necessary.

Zuschlagskriterien

• Price

  • •Price will be evaluated on the basis of the following sub-criteria:
  • •• A. Total evaluation sum - hook vehicle driving (45 %)
  • •• B. Kilometre price per category, cabinet vehicle (45 %)
  • •• C. Prices for options (10 %)
  • •All prices shall be stated excluding VAT and it shall include all costs connected to the delivery.
  • •A. Total evaluation sum – hook vehicle driving (45 %)
  • •The sum stated in Annex 4a Price Form, field E19
  • •The total evaluation sum will be an expression of hook vehicle transport.
  • •(The tenderer ́s stated unit prices * stated amount per zone)
  • •The sums for the different zones will be added together and make up the total evaluation sum for the sub-criteria.
  • •B. Km price per category, cabinet vehicle (45 %)
  • •Mileage price will be evaluated within three distance categories, with each category underweight under the sub-criteria:
  • •• Category 1: 5-80 km - weighted 20 %
  • •• Category 2: 81-180 km - weighted 60 %
  • •• Category 3: 181-300 km - weighted 20 %
  • •Fields J5, J6 and J7 are the expressions of the sums that will form the basis for evaluating mileage prices within the respective categories.
  • •The total mileage price within the distance category will be evaluated and scored against other tenders. The points for category 1-3 are then weighted internally by 40%, 40% and 20%, respectively.
  • •C. Prices, options (10%)
  • •The evaluation for option prices is two parts:
  • •1. Combined hourly rate, crane services (excluding ink hanger).
  • •Field F29
  • •2. Total price per kilometre, per service, within distance category 1-3, Field K27, K28 and K29.

• Environment

  • •The tenderer ́s description of other binding and concrete measures beyond the minimum requirements that reduce the load on climate and environment when carrying out the contract, including any measures that provide energy savings or concrete emission reductions. Such measures can, for example, be:
  • •- Payload of vehicles used during the contract ́s lifetime.
  • •- Use of return transport
  • •- Reduction of driving distances
  • •-Other
  • •The tenderer ́s response to other binding and concrete measures beyond the minimum requirements is done in a separate document that is uploaded together with the tender. The response shall not exceed 2 A4 pages.
