Eignungskriterien

• The general yearly turnover of the tenderer is at least 1000000,00 € for the last completed fiscal year.

• The tenderer must have sufficient experience in providing the services to be procured. The requirements regarding experience are described in Appendix 9 of the call for tenders. The tenderer must complete Appendix 9 and attach it to the tender via the download link.

• The tenderer’s laboratories must be accredited in the field of genetics by one or more of the following accreditation bodies: FINAS, CLIA, CAP, DAKKS, or other bodies which have successfully undergone EA multilateral agreement (National Accreditation Body signatory to EA MLA) peer evaluation https://european-accreditation.org/mutual-recognition/the-ea-mla/. The accreditation status must have been upheld for over two years. Accreditation certificate must be attached.

• The tenderer is enrolled in a trade register.

Zuschlagskriterien

• Comparison price

  • •The determination of the comparison price is described in section "Procurement Object Criteria" of this call for tenders. The tender with the lowest comparison price receives 70 price points. The price points of other tenders are calculated using the formula: (lowest comparison price / tender's comparison price) * 70.
  • •All scores are calculated to two decimal places using standard rounding rules.

• Accreditation

  • •The tender receives points for quality if the tests offered are accredited. Points are awarded as follows:
  • •1. If the panel for solid tumors is accredited: 7 points
  • •2. If the panel for hematological malignancies is accredited: 2 points
  • •3. If the panel for liquid biopsies is accredited: 2 points.
  • •Points for quality are added together. The tender with highest total score for quality gets 30 quality points. The quality points of other tenders are calculated using the formula:(tender's score for quality / highest score for quality) * 30
  • •All scores are calculated to two decimal places using standard rounding rules.
