  • •Lowest total price.
  • •The column "count" is an estimate per annum in order to compare the tenders in the evaluation. The actual amount will vary for each year.
  • •Tenderers shall fill in prices under the tab "Products". One price shall be registered per item line. For example, the product line "Rolls assorted (minimum cheese/ham, salmon/scrambled eggs, shrimp, bounty beef)" should have one combined price that applies to all of the imposition varieties.
  • •Documentation requirement: Tenderers are to fill in the price and product form under the tab "Products" in Mercell.

• Assignment system - canteen operation

  • •The contracting authority would like a canteen that offers healthy, tasty and varied food for employees, at prices that are competitive and therefore contribute to high use of the canteen offer.
  • •The contracting authority will evaluate the following points:
  • •Concept for the canteen: Comprehensive description of the concept, profile and implementation.
  • •Selection: Breadth and variety in the offer (e.g. bread food, yoghurt, beverages)
  • •Menu choices and seasonal variation: Proposals for menus, as well as how seasonal produce and variation throughout the year are safeguarded.
  • •Salad bar: Content and set-up, including salads, vegetables, flavours, protein sources, carbohydrates, dressings and other accessories.
  • •Visual presentation: General impressions of the food presented, including whether the amount and portion sizes appear as sufficient and in line with normal serving practices.
  • •Prices of products not in the price form and product form will be assessed under this criteria. The price level shall be competitive and shall contribute to high use of the canteen. The prices are assessed collectively against market prices in equivalent canteens (which are not subsidised beyond premises/electricity), as well as with other tenderers. A price level that is assessed to reduce the use of the canteen will give a draw on the criterion.
  • •Effective payment system: Description of the payment system, including any self-service systems (e.g. payment of salad bars).
  • •Documentation requirement:
  • •Description of proposed canteen concept. The concept for the town hall and the concept for Kaigaten 4 must be clearly stated.
  • •Menu proposals with sample seasonal variations.
  • •Description of the salad bar ́s contents and set-ups.
  • •Price model
  • •Illustrations and/or pictures showing a concept and presentation of food

• System of assignments - meeting food

  • •Tenderers shall present a menu of both the products from the price and product form (marked "meeting food") and other available products that are offered as meeting food.
  • •The contracting authority will also assess the selection and the visual presentation. The amount and size should be sufficient and common for serving.
  • •Prices for products not in the price form and product form will be assessed under this criteria. The price level shall be competitive and will be assessed together against equivalent market prices for suppliers who deliver meeting food and other tenderers. Too high a price level can lead to a deduction in the evaluation of the criterion.
  • •Documentation requirement:
  • •- Concept plan with pictures and prices for the products. The products in the price and product form must be labelled with product numbers.
