Eignungskriterien

• Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or registered in a trade register in the state the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement

  • •Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
  • •• Foreign companies: Proof that
  • •the company is registered in a company register, professional
  • •register or a trade register in the state
  • •the tenderer is established.

• Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for security will be sufficient to to meet the requirement. Documentation requirement

  • •A solidity assessment/credit rating from a public
  • •certified credit rating company.
  • •The credit report shall be based on the last known
  • •accounting figures.
  • •• The appraisal must provide information on credit worthiness,
  • •say Dun &amp
  • •Bradstreet rating "A"/"Credit worthy" or
  • •equivalent from another recognised
  • •credit rating company.
  • •o The result shall be in the
  • •documentation as a graded value
  • •(letters or numbers etc.) on a defined scale.
  • •o Tenderers with a rating worse than
  • •"A"/Credit worthy" will be rejected.
  • •The contracting authority reserves the right to collect
  • •further credit rating or other financial
  • •information that, but not limited to,
  • •Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Reports
  • •and auditor's reports.

• \The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability that shows that the tenderer can fulfil the contract Documentation requirement

  • •A short, overall description of the
  • •business, including:
  • •o A statement of the company's
  • •business concept and core competence
  • •related to the scope of the delivery.
  • •o An overview of the company's history,
  • •organisation and ownership.

• Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Documentation requirement

  • •Description of the tenderer ́s up to 3 most
  • •relevant assignments during the last 3 years.
  • •• The description must include a statement of:
  • •- the assignment ́s value
  • •-Time
  • •- recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
  • •It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance.
  • •through the description.
  • •Tenderers can document their experience by referring to
  • •competence for personnel that he has at his disposal and can use for
  • •this assignment, even if the experience has been built up whilst
  • •personnel have provided services for another supplier.

• For goods or services that are complicated, or that in exceptional cases shall be used for a particular purpose: Will the tenderer allow checks of the tenderer's production capacity or technical capacity and, where necessary, of the survey and research facilities that the tenderer has at its disposal and of quality control measures? The inspections shall be undertaken by the contracting authority or the contracting authority can leave it to a competent public body in the country where the tenderer is established.

• Procurement of goods: The tenderer presents supplies that shall be delivered, requested samples, descriptions or photographs, which do not need to be accompanied by certificates that they are genuine.
