Eignungskriterien

• Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The required capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract ́s value, services, risk and duration. Documentation requirement

  • •A credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the most recent financial figures.
  • •The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.

• Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement

  • •• Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate, not older than six months.
  • •• Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Zuschlagskriterien

• Environment: The award criteria environment will be assessed on the basis of the offered fuel technology for the vehicle.

• Quality: The award criterium quality will be assessed on the basis of the tenderer ́s solution description, including response to A* requirements in the contracting authority ́s requirement specifications, cf. annex 1.

• Price

  • •The award criteria price will be assessed on the basis of the completed price form, cf. annex 4a. The evaluation will form the basis of an annual driving length requirement of 60,000 km.
  • •The evaluation sum will consist of the following price items (adjusted for any currency change):
