  • •5) Share of skilled workers over the minimum requirement that the tenderer undertakes to have in

  • •6) How does the tenderer ensure access to qualified temporary staff in the event of absence.
  • •7) How does the tenderer ensure a good implementation of the contract. Tenderers are requested to describe how to work on reducing risk in the implementation phase (including the preparation phase and the contract ́s first 6 months). The description should also include:
  • •how the tenderer will assess and possibly carry out the transfer of business.
  • •Activities and milestones shall be given in a realistic progress plan.
