  • •Annex C – Tender list contains all prices offered. On the basis of the prices offered and with the
  • •weightings indicated, the overall lowest tender price is calculated and used for the evaluation.

• Quality

  • •Evaluation of the sub-criterion ‘Quality’ will be based on the tenderer’s response to Annex B
  • •Requirement specification. Reference is made to the tender specifications.

• Installation and maintenance

  • •Evaluation of the sub-criterion ‘Installation and maintenance’ will be based on the tenderer’s response
  • •to Annex C.2 – Tenderer’s tender.
  • •Instruction material It will be assessed positive if the Tenderer provides video material and the
  • •faster the Tenderer will be able to provide it. It will be assessed positively
  • •that the video material is for all installation and maintenance actions needed
  • •for the circuit breaker.
  • •Maintenance and maintenance plan
  • •It will be weighted positive if the maintenance plan is detailed, realistic for the
  • •circuit breaker offered and states all expected maintenance during the circuit
  • •breakers lifetime. It is weighted positively if the offered product does not require maintenance
  • •frequently. It will be assessed negatively if maintenance activities are evaluated to be
  • •time-consuming, require extensive dismantling, rely on highly specialized
  • •personnel or cause unnecessary operational interruption

• Delivery time

  • •Evaluation of the sub-criterion ‘Delivery time’ will be based on the tenderer’s response to Annex C.2 –
  • •Tenderer’s tender. On the basis of the delivery times offered and with the weightings indicated, the
  • •overall lowest delivery time is calculated and used for the evaluation.
