SECOND STANDARD CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR LUXIMPULSE PROGRAMME ACTIVITIES

The Luxembourg's National Programme - LuxIMPULSE Programme, aims to strengthen worldwide competitiveness of Luxembourg industry in the near term in existing markets and to establish strategic capabilities which will result in stronger competitiveness in the medium term on existing or new markets, and to support the implementation of Luxembourg national priorities.The Call for Proposals is addressed only to economic operators - be it as Prime or Subcontractor level - registered in Luxembourg, unless otherwise instructed and approved by the Luxembourg Space Agency. The proposed work shall not overlap with any currently running ESA Contract awarded to any entity in the proposal consortium.Activities submitted in the frame of LuxIMPULSE Programme may be related to the study, improvement or development of space systems, subsystems, technology, ground systems for space applications, or downstream service products based on space data.It must be noted that according to the Procurement Regulations ESA/REG/001 rev. 5, Art. 18, Tenderers areeligible to participate in a tendering procedure of the Agency provided they possess the necessary professional and technical qualifications, professional and technical competences, financial resources, equipment and other physical facilities, managerial capability, reliability, experience and the personnel, to perform a Contract.The support to the activity by the Luxembourg Space Agency is mandatory. The activities selected will be funded by the Agency at a level depending on the nature of the economic operator and the maturity and proximity to market of the activity. The remainder will be funded by the economic operator's internal own resources and shall not include any additional source of public funding. The economic operator's contribution can be either monetary or in-kind.
