The subject of this call for tenders is “Implementation of the new SoHO Regulation: training and networking of SoHO Competent Authorities’ staff for oversight”. The training activities are addressed in particular to inspectors, vigilance officers and preparation process assessors, for strengthening the implementation of oversight in the field of Substances of Human Origin (SoHO) in the EU Member States, EFTA countries and candidate countries. The expected results aim at increasing and standardising the competences of inspectors, vigilance officers and assessors in this sector across the EU as well as building a network of junior and senior competent authority staff, facilitating possible joint inspections, joint assessment of preparation processes and peer audits among Member States, and reinforcing trust between them to facilitate the exchange of SoHO.

This call for tenders aims at speeding up the development of promising Next Generation Therapeutics for Infectious Diseases by adopting a competitive development in phases, under Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP). The scope of the call is expected to cover the development of innovative therapeutics to treat viral infections, ARDS or sepsis resulting from infections, including pathogen-targeted therapeutics (but not small molecules or monoclonal antibodies) and host-targeted therapeutics, among which but not only direct-acting antivirals, indirect-acting antivirals and novel immune modulators. It may also cover innovative combinations therapies and products designed to be administered through alternative routes to IV. Broad spectrum therapeutics, pathogen-agnostic therapeutics and therapeutics that could reduce or counteract the emergence of viral resistance are of particular interest.

The subject of this call for tenders is to support the joint work of Member States in the field of Substances of Human Origin (SoHO) in accordance with the conditions and procedures set out in the SoHO Regulation, the Commission implementing and delegated acts to be adopted, as well as the guidance, detailed procedural steps and the timeframe and templates to be adopted by the SoHO Coordination Board (SCB).

The subject of this call for tenders is the organisation and implementation of training activities on Official Controls Regulation, Border Controls, and the Trade Control and Expert System (TRACES) through the 'Better Training for Safer Food' Initiative. The execution of the tasks will be divided in two separate phases of 30 months each. The main objectives of this call for tender are: harmonising the implementation of Union legislation in the areas of the call, provision of training on any new and upcoming legislation, protecting the Union from animal diseases, promoting sustainable food systems, supporting DG SANTE priorities and enhancing global recognition of EU standards. The main beneficiaries will be EU Member States and Candidate Countries, with some non-EU countries (EU Neighbourhood countries), which will be also covered based on European Commission strategic objectives

Service contract for administrative and secretarial support in managing the groups and governance bodies contributing to the implementation and operation of the European Health Data Space Regulation and other digital health initiatives.

The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of multiple framework contracts in cascade for the provision of legal support services in the field of compliance assessment of national transposing measures, in the health and food safety areas in the context of the enlargement.

This call for tenders aims to speed up the development of next generation influenza vaccines that could be produced in rapidly scalable manufacturing platforms (e.g. nucleic acid approaches and/or production in scalable eukaryotic or bacterial cell culture, in plants or via in vitro transcription), could support products utilising novel administration routes (e.g. nasal, oral or through microneedle patches), confer mucosal immunity, target potentially pandemic influenza A viruses or could be rapidly adapted to pandemic influenza A viruses, which are protective across influenza subtypes or across alpha-influenza viruses, and/or possess intrinsic immunogenicity without the addition of adjuvants. The call will be implemented via a competitive development in phases as foreseen under Pre-Commercial Procurement.

This contract focuses on upskilling/ reskilling graduates and/or active workers in the space industry, covering both upstream and downstream sectors. The Contractor will support the Commission in the management the DIVERIS network and create EDI educational resources.
