The contracting authority needs to enter into an ongoing service contract for a complete municipal fee system with the following: - System for managing municipal fees/duties. - System for the management of private sewage installations. - System for administration of sanitation. - System for managing water meters. The aim of the procurement is to contribute to making the management of municipal fees/fees and the accompanying technical management (and authority management) as efficient as possible. The competition will be carried out as a collaboration and three (3) contractual relationships will be established, one for each contracting authority.

Strand and Hjelmeland municipalities shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement with an option for 1+1 year extension for paint, wallpaper and floor coverings with the accompanying services. The framework agreements are for services on/in municipal buildings/installations in connection with: Repair maintenance improvements, minor reconstructions, necessary facade washing necessary paint This framework agreement consists of two sub-contracts.1. Strand municipality 2. Hjelmeland municipality

Hjelmeland municipality carries out an open tender round to find a project owner to use the co-localisation of Årdal and Hjelmeland welfare centres. A moglegheits study has been carried out for co-localisation in Hjelmeland.The new welfare centre shall include the desse litestene: • Heildøgns institution for long time (sjukeheim)• short term• heimeteneste• ergo therapist• day centre• sheltered accommodation, which the municipality shall operate production kitchens should be co-localised with the care services. Local aids stores localisers in the centre of Hjelmeland. Additions from KST: • In order to use all the advantages of a co-location, must be planned for the preferably development of the area to a multi-functional and future law health centre, with both the care centre, health centre, rop-bustadar, ambulance station and other relevant health related services.• The project shall prepare a plan for re-use for, as regards the development of an existing municipal building with different joint functions. work assignments and other requirements connected to the position.

The contracting authority shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement with an option for 1+1 year for plumbing services and plumbing materials. Annual servicing of the sprinkler installations in municipal buildings is also included in the framework agreement. The contracting authority would like a flexible cooperation with possibilities for, together with the supplier, to find good and economic solutions during the process.

The Contracting Authority needs a framework agreement for the purchase of network equipment, firewall, fixing equipment, accompanying cables, as well as consultants for error recovery and configuration. The agreement also includes the procurement of licences for the accompanying equipment if the contracting authority needs to procure it during the contract period, both EA licences for those using this, and individual licences and service agreements. The contracting authority ́s participants in the procurement have different ways of handling licences for network equipment. Some of the participants have an EA-agreement with Cisco and therefore do not procure a licence with the equipment. Other participants purchase both equipment and licences simultaneously. The competition is being held as network equipment is priced without a licence, and some selected accompanying licences and service agreements will be priced separately. The contracting authority can, during the contract period, wish to procure a network as a service for individual locations. This shall not be included in this agreement. This competition is for the procurement of a framework agreement for the procurement of client equipment, tablets and accompanying equipment: This includes, among other things, the procurement of stationary and portable client equipment with the accompanying equipment, monitors, as well as tablets, physical servers and backup products. Sandnes municipality, Rogaland Fylkeskommune (RFK), Randaberg municipality, Dental health Rogaland, Kolumbus AS (including Bysykkelen AS), Rogaland Brann og Redning IKS (RBR), and RitS (IT cooperation consisting of Strand municipality, Hjelmeland municipality, Sauda municipality and Suldal municipality) hereby invites tenderers to a competition. Sandnes municipality functions as a secretary for the cooperation. The contracting authority/customer will be used as the collective term for the cooperation. Each of the contracting authority ́s participants in the cooperation on the procurement shall enter into separate contracts with the tenderer(s) when the competition has been completed. Nb that a joint contract will be signed for RitS and for Kolumbus AS and Bysykkelen AS.
