Tradebroker will, on behalf of its member companies, enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for the delivery of gift cards in accordance with the applicable tax rules. Tenderers shall offer an e-commerce system and electronic invoices. Integrated systems shall be offered for e-commerce systems, with an option for an EHF catalogue or punch-out in OCI and cXML format for the customers procurement system. As a minimum the tenderer shall offer electronic invoices in EHF format. The members shall be able to order products and services as needed, and from the tenderer ́s total assortment. Orders shall be placed through the supplier ́s internet shop as well as other available channels such as telephone and email.

New IT solution for governing documents, guidelines and requirements Statnett's current solution for governing documents is a proprietary on-premise solution that will be phased out in 2026, and a new solution will be acquired to replace it. Statnett is looking for a strategic partner that will support Statnett over the long term. The new agreement will therefore be an important strategic tool to achieve a number of goals through this collaboration.

Statnett needs to enter into a new agreement for the purchase of drones for use in its operations. These will be drones that can be used for inspection of the power line network, pylons/towers, substations, and terrain. This will involve the use of both standard cameras and LiDAR for 3D mapping, and possibly multispectral sensors for classifying site productivity/vegetation conditions beneath our lines, to mention a few applications. The primary need will be for large and medium-sized inspection drones. These must operate under demanding mountain conditions, have good range, robust battery solutions, and solid sensors for data collection. Access to systems for lifting equipment is also desired, as well as drones that can be permanently installed at a substation to support inspection and security work at remote sites. Our operations are continuously expanding, and there is therefore a need for an underwater drone to support our work in mapping the seabed and quay/facility structures. There will also be a need for equipment to further our R&D work. It will therefore be desirable to have access to additional equipment, spare parts, and components that can be used in our work with drones.

Statnett SF, Southern Operations Area, hereinafter referred to as the Client or Statnett, currently operates a number of substations with associated access roads spread across Agder and Rogaland. To ensure proper operation and safety during the winter season, Statnett needs to enter into framework agreements for various winter maintenance services for this area. The work mainly includes snow plowing, handling of snow masses, procurement and storage of grit material, sanding when required, handling of snow poles, weather monitoring, and emergency preparedness. Statnett has varying needs for assistance at the different locations covered by the agreement. The need varies, among other things, based on how critical it is that each individual substation is accessible at all times, and whether Statnett has its own resources to carry out winter maintenance at the substations. See Appendix 1 for an overview of the substations. For three substations, there is a requirement that the supplier has full responsibility for carrying out winter maintenance, and these substations must be accessible in terms of passability at all times. This therefore requires both high preparedness and continuous weather monitoring. These substations are geographically located in both Agder and Rogaland. For five substations, snow plowing services will be ordered as needed. These substations do not have the same requirement for constant accessibility, but the supplier must have sufficient capacity to carry out winter maintenance within a reasonable time, in accordance with the deadlines set out in Appendix 1. The substation at Stølaheia is under construction and is expected to be completed within two years. In addition, Statnett’s own employees are responsible for emergency preparedness and for carrying out winter maintenance at a further five substations. For these substations, assistance will be requested as needed, for example in the event of insufficient internal capacity. Furthermore, another license holder is responsible for winter maintenance at eight substations. Statnett wishes to have the option to request assistance with winter maintenance tasks at these locations from the framework agreement supplier(s) as well. The contract supplier has no obligation to provide winter maintenance services at these substations, and therefore no preparedness or additional capacity in terms of personnel and machinery is required for these locations. It is reserved that the needs of individual substations may change during the contract period. A framework agreement will be entered into with one supplier. The commencement date is 15 October 2026

Tradebroker will, on behalf of its member companies, enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of a wide range of services and products in the discipline of fireproofing. This means that consultancy, installation, control, service, training and product sales shall be offered in all relevant product and service areas. Including fire engineering consultancy services and engineering design services, control/service/improvement of manual extinguishing equipment, consultancy/sale/installation/control/service for extinguishing installations, selling/assembling/controlling passive and building technical fire protection, control/service/installation of fire alarms and systems, calculation/service/installation of emergency and guiding lights, smoke ventilation, etc. Tenderers shall, as far as possible, be able to see to all the needs that the contracting authority has within the discipline and must be relevant for both small and large projects. There is a large geographical dispersion among its members so it is important that tenderers can cover a broad geographical catchment area.

We are looking to acquire an External Threat Intelligence platform that enables the organization to independently and proactively manage digital threats. The platform will collect, analyze and present real-time information about global threats and vulnerabilities, and help reduce the risk of cyberattacks. Overall requirement The platform will be a self-service solution that provides access to up-to-date threat intelligence and analysis tools, without the need for ongoing manual service delivery from a vendor.

Statnett intends to procure a next‑generation, mission‑critical switchboard solution to replace the current platform, Dolphin. The new solution shall integrate with the national emergency network (Nødnett) and fulfil all functional and operational communication requirements for the National Control Centre, the Regional Control Centres, and the Monitoring Centre. The switchboard platform constitutes a core operational support capability within Statnett’s system operations and represents one of the most critical tools for these operational environments.

Statnett SF is conducting an RFI in the market to inquire about what alternative options Statnett has for operating its fleet, as well as purchasing or leasing new cars to meet the organization's needs for new cars.

Statnett shall procure a new BIM platform for use in development projects and for administering information on Statnett ́s installations. The objective of the procurement is to establish a capable and scalable BIM platform that can cover Statnett ́s technology needs for using a model as an information carrier in network project and system operation. The technology shall support the processes for model-based project implementation and model-based operation and maintenance of additional information. Statnett has identified the need to build a future BIM platform as a set of systems or modules that are integrated so that information can be distributed between the systems in a standardised manner and predictable way. This procurement is for the core modules in a new BIM platform for Statnett. The core modules are defined as the components of a BIM platform that must be first established in order to achieve basic functionality. Later modules will extend the BIM platform's combined functionality, but will use the core module's information or functionality.
