• • •The tender ́s total cost for scanning services with options in the contract period will be assessed.
  • •Documentation requirement: The prices shall be stated in the attached price form. The total cost calculated in the price form is given in the "Products" tab.

• Case

  • •Description:
  • •The contracting authority shall evaluate scanning services for the establishment of a digital twin model of a technical room (a boiler room) at Cinema Stavanger. The room includes pipe guides, ventilation channels, electrical boards and other technical equipment. It is a room of moderate size, but with complex structure and details that require accurate and precise scanning.
  • •Tenderers will be awarded the date of physical inspection and scanning of the room. After scanning, a 3D model shall be delivered, representing the room with a high degree of accuracy and detail.

  • •The digital model shall:
  • •Be a complete 3D representation of the room, including all the visible technical installations.
  • •Include pipes and channels with correct dimensions and placement.
  • •Be compatible with standard BIM format (e.g. IFC, Revit or other format provided by the contracting authority).
  • •Be structured and named in a way that makes it easy to navigate and understand the content.
  • •Be free of significant errors, shortcomings or inaccuracies.
  • •Evaluation:
  • •The following quality criteria will form the basis of the evaluation of tenders:
  • •Geometric accuracy: How well the model corresponds to reality, especially as regards dimensions and placement of pipes, channels and equipment.
  • •Detail level: Degree of detail in the model, including minor components and structural elements.
  • •Data quality and structure: How the model is organised, named and documented.
  • •Delivery format and compatibility: That the model is delivered in a format that can be used further in the engineering design tool.
  • •Resolution and punctuality: How high resolution the scanning is performed with, measured in points per square meter.
  • •Color information (if applicable): Whether your model contains realistic colour information that can contribute to a better visual understanding.
  • •Deviation tolerance: Maximum allowed deviation between real dimensions and the model ́s representation (e.g. ±5 mm).
  • •Metadata and object type: Whether the objects in the model are classified as type (pipes, channels, board etc.) and contain relevant metadata.
  • •The tenderer ́s method description: How the tenderer plans to carry out the scanning , including technology, equipment and process.

• Delivery

  • •The contracting authority would like short response times. A grading scale will be used between 1 and 10, with 10 being the highest possible character. Tenders with the best response times will get 10 points. The remaining tenders will be evaluated proportionally from the best response times
