Stavanger, Sola, Sandnes and Randaberg municipalities, hereafter called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of white goods, small electronics and sound & picture. The contracting authority is not a legal entity. The municipalities use joint tender documentation, but will enter into separate contracts with the winning contractor and shall be considered as four separate contracting authorities with different delivery and invoicing addresses. Stavanger municipality has the secretariat function for this competition on behalf of the contracting authorities.

The dynamic procurement will mainly include engineering design and consultancy assignments for construction projects for the establishment or renovation of municipal infrastructure such as roads, water and sewage.  Associated assignments within landscape architecture, construction, geotechnics and engineering geology, noise and environmental engineering shall also be carried out with limitations up to the municipality ́s other framework agreements. Competitions in this DPS will mainly apply to NS 8402 paid in accordance with elapsed time, with the addition of "Special contract terms to NS8402.", but NS 8401 paid in accordance with the fixed price will also be used in some projects. The services can include all project phases: preliminary project, detailed engineering design, execution and final phase. Services include, but are not limited to: Early phase consultancy and preliminary project engineering design services and discipline specific analyses Preparation of technical plans Cost estimates and quantity calculations Follow-up in the construction phase End documentation and control Supplier shall be able to offer all services and disciplines included in the DPS.

Stavanger and Sandnes municipalities would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - and the same tenderer for the procurement and delivery of electricity with the accompanying services. An independent manager shall be procured, who on behalf of the Contracting Authorities shall carry out: Physical trade of electricity Administrative services (reporting, invoice handling and web based follow-up system)Training Management of the municipality ́s free power management of the flexibility market (option).

Stavanger municipality would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the execution of a 3D scanning of municipal buildings. The objective of the procurement is to establish accurate digital models that can be used for operation, maintenance, planning and development of the properties.

Trondheim municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for medicine and multi-dose to the Contracting Authority's units and cooperation partners, total approx. 90 collaboration partners (cf. Annex 7 - Affiliated parties). The contract is for the delivery of: Prescription and non-prescription medicinesApote specific commodities Packing multi-dose and endoseOption on special orders (e.g. pain pumps, IV antibiotics) Option for pharmaceutical services such as consultancy, revision/inspection, medicine review or medicine handling courses etc. Option on a stand-by warehouse This includes: Delivery to storage Deliveries to patients at nursing homes, other health institutions, prison health services, emergency doctor surgeries, children ́s homes etc. Delivery to patients living at home where the Contracting Authority administers the medicines, e.g. via the home care service, shared housing etc. See the attached tender documentation and annexes for details. Stavanger municipality c/o Sport and outdoor environment shall enter into a contract for the procurement of one special vehicle for flushing and suction of the pipeline network and emptying interceptors for sludge, and more, hereafter called a flushing and suction vehicle.

The contracting authority needs to enter into an ongoing service contract for a complete municipal fee system with the following: - System for managing municipal fees/duties. - System for the management of private sewage installations. - System for administration of sanitation. - System for managing water meters. The aim of the procurement is to contribute to making the management of municipal fees/fees and the accompanying technical management (and authority management) as efficient as possible. The competition will be carried out as a collaboration and three (3) contractual relationships will be established, one for each contracting authority.

The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a contract for the delivery of printers through hire.
