DPS - Engineering design infrastructure

The dynamic procurement will mainly include engineering design and consultancy assignments for construction projects for the establishment or renovation of municipal infrastructure such as roads, water and sewage.  Associated assignments within landscape architecture, construction, geotechnics and engineering geology, noise and environmental engineering shall also be carried out with limitations up to the municipality ́s other framework agreements. Competitions in this DPS will mainly apply to NS 8402 paid in accordance with elapsed time, with the addition of "Special contract terms to NS8402.", but NS 8401 paid in accordance with the fixed price will also be used in some projects. The services can include all project phases: preliminary project, detailed engineering design, execution and final phase. Services include, but are not limited to: Early phase consultancy and preliminary project engineering design services and discipline specific analyses Preparation of technical plans Cost estimates and quantity calculations Follow-up in the construction phase End documentation and control Supplier shall be able to offer all services and disciplines included in the DPS.
