• Price

  • •The price will be assessed on the basis of the total sum stated in the summary of price-bearing items in the quantity description. Documentation requirement: Completed price form (part II point F) and quantity description (part II point C.2). The prices shall be stated in NOK and excluding VAT. If there are deviations between the price form in part II - F
  • •The re-tender E64 and the quantity description in part II – C.2 Technical quantity description.
  • •E64, the description of amounts will go before the price form.

• Quality

  • •A general assessment will be made of how the tenderer will ensure good
  • •quality of the delivery, in which the following elements will be emphasised:
  • •1. Choice and composition of the offered equipment as stated in Part I annex 6 -
  • •Choice and composition of offered equipment.
  • •Particular emphasis will be put on the main pumps ́ suitability as per capacity, suction ability, adjustability, blocked safety and service friendliness.
  • •2. The key personnel ́s relevant formal competence and relevant experience from previous assignments: As key personnel are seen as:
  • •- Project Manager
  • •- Site Manager
  • •- Welding responsible
  • •Documentation requirement: 1. The documentation requirement for point 1 is in Part I Annex 6 - Choice and composition of the offered equipment. Responses to point 1 shall be documented in Part I annex 6 - Choice and composition of the offered equipment.
  • •The response of point 1 shall be at a maximum of 4 A4 pages (font size 10 or greater) altogether. Anything beyond four pages will not be evaluated, with the exception of product data sheets that shall be delivered in addition to allowed pages.
  • •2. CVs for key personnel.
  • •CVs are documented by a supplementary part I annex 7 - CVs for key personnel.
  • •Tenderers can use a separate CV template for as long as the information requested in the contracting authority ́s CV template is in the CV.

• Climate and environment

  • •The contracting authority will evaluate the following under the award criteria "Climate and environment":
  • •1. Binding climate and environmental choices that contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and ensuring that the project is carried out without undesired environmental impact.
  • •2. The energy efficiency of offered pumps, as stated in Part I annex 8 - Climate and environment.
  • •The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the tenderer ́s response is binding in the execution of the contract, see Part II - B.2 Special contract terms point 5.
  • •Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall submit the following: The documentation requirement for both point 1 and point 2 is in Part I Annex 8 - Climate and Environment. The award criteria can be documented by filling in Annex 8.
  • •The page number limitations stated in Part I annex 8 - Climate and Environment apply for responses to point 1. Anything beyond the stated number of allowed pages will not be evaluated.
  • •Point 2 shall be answered by filling in the table in annex 8 point 2.
  • •Epd environmental declaration and/or environmental labelling can be submitted in addition to the allowed pages in Part I annex 8 - Climate and Environment.
