  • •The offered price, in the form of a total evaluation sum in the summary, will form the basis for the evaluation.
  • •The price will be evaluated based on a hybrid model, weighing 45% and 2.5 (75% higher price than the lowest tender).
  • •The hybrid model is linear up to the break point, where it then turns into proportional.

• Assignment comprehension

  • •Tenderers shall give an account of how they will ensure smooth execution and safeguard the requirements set in the tender documentation.
  • •The account shall include a description of:
  • •- how the tenderer will ensure delivery security, with an average delivery time of new standard modules without adaptations in accordance with the contracting authority ́s general specification.
  • •- how the tenderer ensures progress and cost control, especially as regards management of sub-contracts and sub-contracts.
  • •- the tenderer ́s handling of claims, correcting errors and defects, the need for adaptations/improvements in the hire period and ongoing maintenance in accordance with the liability matrix in B.1 Template - rent contract and liability matrix module building.
  • •- how the tenderer shall see to SHA for work at schools/nurseries/institutions in operation.
  • •The evaluation of the assignment comprehension is based on an overall assessment of the tenderer's account, where the elements specified above will form the basis. Responses that are concrete and binding will be given a higher rating than general and non-binding responses.
  • •Tenderers who are assessed to have the best assignment comprehension will achieve 10 points. Other tenderers will get points in relation to this.
