NAVISP ELEMENT 2 STANDARD CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Under NAVISP Element 2, the Agency issues this permanently open Standard Call for Proposals without procurement, using Cooperative Agreements as contractual instrument.This Standard Call for Proposals without procurement aims to enhance Participant States' industrial competitiveness in the evolving Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) sector. Industry is invited to submit proposals to develop innovative and competitive PNT-related products. The Agency accepts proposals from both space and non-space companies, including large companies, mid-caps, small enterprises, and start-ups. Proposed products may address the satellite space segment, ground infrastructure, and user segment, including applications and services. Industry and research institutes of Participant States are encouraged to contact the NAVISP Element 2 team to discuss the development of pre-operational products aligned with their strategiesand plans.
