• Price - 50 percentage points: Tenderers will be given a score between 0-10, based on who has the lowest offered total price. The lowest offered total price will get 10 points, the remaining points will be given based on the relative distance from the lowest offered price. The points will then be multiplied by the weighting of the award criteria, which gives the total score for the award criteria.

• Quality - 50 percentage points: Under quality the tenderer will be given a score between 0-10 based on what is considered to be the best response to the requirement specifications ́ assessment requirements. The contracting authority will assess the offered team ́s competence, experience and breadth of competence. Best reply will be given 10 points, the rest will be awarded points based on the estimated distance from best reply. The points per supplier will then be multiplied by the weighting of the award criteria, which gives the total score for the award criteria.
