The contracting authority needs consultancy and turnkey contracts for improvements to Bratteli quay and Songesand brygge. The project will be divided into two (2) sub-projects, two (2) phases per sub-project and it is planned as follows: 1. Planning phase 2. Execution phase Progress: The project must be completed in accordance with the offered progress plan. Tenderers shall have the capacity to complete their work in accordance with the progress plan for the delivery. The work shall be carried out in accordance with the current laws, regulations, standards and relevant documentation. Sandnes kommune is the builder of the project.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into contracts that cover Stavanger municipality and Sandnes kommune's need for annual maintenance of gas installations with flammable gas in categories 1 and 2, as well as materials, equipment and installations that are necessary for the work. The procurement also includes engineering design services for, installation of new installations, disassembly of existing installations, purification of system water, changes and repairs, as well as final inspections and three-year systematic condition inspections of the gas installations. The municipalities intend to enter into a framework agreement with one joint tenderer, who shall join up with an independent inspector (sub-contractor - own legal unit) to carry out final inspections and three-year systematic condition inspections of the gas installations. Further details on the framework agreement are in the tender documentation, part II of the contract documentation and annexes.

The contracting authority shall procure a contract for the procurement of a set number of Chromebooks with the accompanying laptop sleeves. The delivery will be distributed over approx. 35 locations and shall be delivered directly to each location. We would like to have deliveries in mid August 2026. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the contract can be in the range of NOK 11 800 000 excluding VAT. Please note that the estimated contract value is an estimate and shall not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. Changes to the contracting authority ́s needs due to changed financial framework conditions/budget, organisational and political changes and municipal activity can lead to change in the need of the contracting authority. Sandnes municipality, c/o Sandnes eiendom, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for control and service of sprinkler systems in municipal buildings and installations. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract that covers the contracting authority ́s need for annual inspections of and service of sprinkler systems, as well as materials, equipment and installations that are necessary for the work. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The delivery includes, among other things: •Control •Service • Less improvement measures and • Engineering design, documentation and consultancy services. Tenderers shall deliver products and services in accordance with the requirements and provisions given in a separate description, see the tender documentation part II, chapter I Annex 5 Requirement Specifications. The framework agreement is expected to start in May/June 2026. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further 1+1 year.

Stavanger and Sandnes municipalities would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - and the same tenderer for the procurement and delivery of electricity with the accompanying services. An independent manager shall be procured, who on behalf of the Contracting Authorities shall carry out: Physical trade of electricity Administrative services (reporting, invoice handling and web based follow-up system)Training Management of the municipality ́s free power management of the flexibility market (option).

The objective of the procurement is to establish a uniform, secure and efficient cloud based system (SaaS) for identity and access management (IAM) that supports the company ́s need for correct, traceable and automated management of users, roles and accesses across the company's IT systems. The procurement includes the delivery, implementation and management of an IAM system, including necessary modules, integrations, configuration and documentation. The system shall support the entire life cycle for identities and accesses, from creation to change and termination. The scope also includes training, support and further development in the contract period. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the contract over a period of four years, including options, can be in the range of NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT and NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and it shall not carry any obligations for the Contracting Authority or rights for the Tenderer. Subject to changes due to changed financial framework conditions, organisational changes and municipal activity. The contracting authority needs to enter into an ongoing service contract for a complete municipal fee system with the following: - System for managing municipal fees/duties. - System for the management of private sewage installations. - System for administration of sanitation. - System for managing water meters. The aim of the procurement is to contribute to making the management of municipal fees/fees and the accompanying technical management (and authority management) as efficient as possible. The competition will be carried out as a collaboration and three (3) contractual relationships will be established, one for each contracting authority.

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for a turnkey contract for playground equipment, fitness park equipment, establishment of playgrounds and training parks, as well as associated construction services. In the requested assignments, the tenderer shall, among other things, take responsibility for, and to a large degree contribute to, find good solutions. The contracting authority will have a mix of execution models for the call-offs. In some call-offs, the tenderer ́s delivery will mostly be the delivery of playground equipment and fitness park equipment with the accompanying parts, where the Contracting Authority assembles them itself as well as doing minor developments on the playgrounds and training parks. Other call-offs include turnkey contracts where the tenderer delivers and assembles playground equipment and fitness park equipment, and develops playgrounds and training parks. Some assignments will only consist of landscape gardening services. The assignments that are carried out on their own will mainly consist of replacing individual apparatuses, as well as minor upgrades and maintenance. The call-offs vary in size and between 40 and 150 call-offs must be expected within a year. Experience is mainly used in the contract for call-offs under NOK 100,000,000. NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT, but call-offs greater than this can occur. The contract ́s geographical area shall be Sandnes kommune. The framework agreement shall cover a broad spectrum of construction services, including, among other things, the following: - New establishment of playgrounds and training parks. - Renovation of playgrounds and training parks. - Assembly and establishment of playground equipment and fitness park equipment. - Repairs and maintenance of playground equipment and fitness park equipment. Maintenance of playgrounds and recreational areas. - Guarantee maintenance on planting, 3 years from completion. Progress: In accordance with the agreed progress plan for each call-off.

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for playground equipment and fitness park equipment, as well as other things in the tenderer ́s assortment that naturally belongs to activity parks. The competition will be carried out as a collaboration and two (2) contractual relationships will be established, one for Sandnes municipality and one for Sola municipality.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a parallel framework agreement to cover the need for consultants for sparring on specialist related problems within IT, and assistance with troubleshooting software/hardware. In order to ensure good access to competence and capacity within the service categories as possible, the Contracting Authority intends to enter into a parallel framework agreement with ranking. The contracting authority ́s experience suggests that each assignment that is solved with sparring and/or error recovery can start within a sub-area of a service category, in order to develop into a need for competence from other sub-areas or service categories. Because of this, each tenderer will need to have as broad competence as possible, at the same time that the competence is relevant for the infrastructure that the contracting authority has.
