The aim of the procurement is to enter into contracts that cover Stavanger municipality and Sandnes kommune's need for annual maintenance of gas installations with flammable gas in categories 1 and 2, as well as materials, equipment and installations that are necessary for the work. The procurement also includes engineering design services for, installation of new installations, disassembly of existing installations, purification of system water, changes and repairs, as well as final inspections and three-year systematic condition inspections of the gas installations. The municipalities intend to enter into a framework agreement with one joint tenderer, who shall join up with an independent inspector (sub-contractor - own legal unit) to carry out final inspections and three-year systematic condition inspections of the gas installations. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract that covers the contracting authority ́s need for annual inspections of and service of sprinkler systems, as well as materials, equipment and installations that are necessary for the work. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The delivery includes, among other things: •Control •Service • Less improvement measures and • Engineering design, documentation and consultancy services. NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT, but call-offs greater than this can occur. The contract ́s geographical area shall be Sandnes kommune. The framework agreement shall cover a broad spectrum of construction services, including, among other things, the following: - New establishment of playgrounds and training parks. - Renovation of playgrounds and training parks. - Assembly and establishment of playground equipment and fitness park equipment. - Repairs and maintenance of playground equipment and fitness park equipment. Maintenance of playgrounds and recreational areas. - Guarantee maintenance on planting, 3 years from completion. Progress: In accordance with the agreed progress plan for each call-off.
