Eignungs- & Bewertungskriterien

Eignungskriterien

  • The applicant must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be technically and professionally fit to perform the contract The applicant must have made at least 3 deliveries of goods or services that have been performed within the last 3 years and that are similar to the subject matter of the contract. The references must have been carried out within the last three years from the date on which the application was submitted. The reference requirement can be met through references where the applicant has been a supplier or subcontractor. The decisive factor is that the applicant has performed the work covered by the reference. NOTE. The applicant is permitted to use previous work performed for CPH as a reference, but it is up to the applicant to assess whether this reference is most comparable to the assignment offered. Please note that an applicant can only provide its own references in its own ESPD, i.e. for the legal entity in question (e.g. company). This means, for example, that the references of group companies can only be taken into account if the applicant relies on the group companies in question in relation to suitability, and if a separate ESPD and statement of support are thus submitted for the group companies in question, cf. below. For consortia, the consortium participants must collectively meet the minimum requirement. For applicants who rely on the technical and professional capacities of other economic operators, the applicant and the supporting entity must jointly meet the minimum requirement. Indication of reference and formal requirements for the content of the reference The application may contain a maximum of 3 references. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to select the references that are considered most comparable to the tendered assignment. If more than 3 references are submitted, only the first specified 3 references will be used as a basis for CPH's assessment of the Application. The applicant's references as specified in the eESPD should include the following for the purposes of the suitability assessment and selection assessment

    • • The reference customer, incl. Contact information
    • • Contract period and time of delivery and commissioning
    • • Description of the reference customer
    • • Description of how the reference is similar to the subject matter of the contract
    • • Scope of delivery
    • • Description of the services provided
    • • The applicant's role in connection with the delivery
    • CPH reserves the right to contact the specified reference customer in order to obtain certification of the
    • information about the reference.
    • CPH encourages the applicant's reference to be described comprehensively but concisely and not exceeding
    • 2400 characters with spaces corresponding to one (1) A4 page.
    • Similarity to the subject-matter of the contract
    • In order to assess whether the references cited are comparable to the subject-matter of the contract tendered,
    • emphasis is placed on the following:
    • In assessing whether the references submitted by The Applicant are comparable to the subject matter of this
    • qualification system, CPH will consider whether the referenced deliveries demonstrate technical and operational
    • characteristics that align with the requirements for supplying ACA-eligible CDR credits. Particular emphasis will
    • be placed on the following aspects of similarity:
    • 1. Delivery of CDR credits that meet the requirements laid out in Section 3.2 of Annex D - ACA Carbon
    • Offsetting Requirements (eligible crediting programs, carbon removal methodologies and project types)
    • 2. Provision of documentation enabling ACA-mandated public reporting, including information concerning
    • crediting programs, project description, volume, vintage, and retirement details, as laid out in Section
    • 4.1.1 of the Annex D - ACA Carbon Offsetting Requirements
    • 3. Whether the referenced delivery involves comparable volumes to those expected under this qualification
    • system.
    • References demonstrating these characteristics will be considered highly similar to the subject matter of the
    • qualification system.
    • The applicant has the option of attaching a supplement to the answer that cannot be contained in the ESPD, e.g.
    • in the form of pictures and illustrations, etc.
