Eignungskriterien

• • •A1) Self-declarations on the grounds for exclusion and self-cleansing pursuant to Sections 123, 124 and 125 of the ARC
  • •A2) Proof of entry in a professional or commercial register
• • •A3) Self-declaration on the turnover of the last three financial years
  • •A4) Valid proof/self-declaration of the existing professional/business liability insurance
• • •A5) Submission of at least two references for comparable items not older than 10 years.
  • •A6) Personnel and self-declaration on personnel
  • •A7) Written and proved experience in project organization (organizational structure incl. Subcontractor) based on the reference project
  • •A8) Project organization (organization incl. subcontractor)
  • •A9) Written and proved experience in design, manufacturing and acceptance tests according to PED or similar
  • •A10) valid ISO 9001 certificate or comparable
  • •A11) Self-declaration on the Working Language
  • •A12) Declaration by a Bidding Consortium
  • •A13) Declaration of commitment of the subcontractors and the company contributing resources in order to ensure suitability
  • •A14) Declaration “BMWK”
  • •A15) Tender Form (filled and signed)
