Single supplier for the supply and support of Autodesk AutoCAD Licences.

Up to three Applicants will be admitted to the Framework Agreement which will utilise the cascade method where the service is always offered first to the Framework Member who was ranked first at the framework agreement award stage and, if this Framework Member is not in a position to perform the Service, to the second ranked Framework Member and so on. ESBT owns and operates circa 330 tower sites countrywide. Each tower is to be maintained on a 12 month rotating schedule throughout the term of the contract. The sites will be categorised into the number of expected visits each year. Red – 3 Visits equally spread apart across 12 months Amber – 2 Visits equally spread across 12 months. Green – 1 visit in a 12 month period. Reactive site visits base on ad hoc safety alerts. There will be continuous evaluation of the status of these sites on a yearly basis. The number of site visits required may go up or down. It is proposed that the Contract will include: Complete de veg of site compound. Cut back any overhanging trees/vegetation on site perimeter. 1 meter width of vegetation to cleared around compound where possible to ensure no further growth through fence line. Ensure access track to site is clear and free of any vegetation. Access tracks to specific sites to be cut back to ensure safe access (list to be provided). Clear vegetation that blocks access to any RFE (ESB Mini Pillars). Spray site with appropriate weed killer to target specific weeds to prevent continued growth. Record and report any additional findings on site. Photograph and document Pre and Post works for ESBT records. Submit a hand over document in a PDF format, which shows the extent of the works carried out.

ESB is seeking to procure a sustainable, reliable supplier for a wide range high-quality, unbranded stationery items and office supplies. This framework agreement is for the supply of Stationary including but not limited to: • Paper • pens • notebooks • folders • and other essential items. The selected supplier will be responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels to ensure uninterrupted supply, processing and fulfilling orders within agreed timeframes, and delivering products to all ESB locations nationwide. Detailed monthly reports on product procurement and quantities by business unit will be required to ensure transparency. Additionally, the supplier must provide a standard operating procedure (SOP) for their ordering system and portal, along with dedicated customer support to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage returns or exchanges.”

It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope): ESB Networks are looking to introduce a new enhanced weather solution suite including daily email alerts, an API, weather reporting, and a visualisation tool that will provide real-time data on key data objects including temperature, wind speed, humidity, UV level, solar radiance, storm and lightning strikes. Weather data will be a key input into forecasting of system constraints and where flexibility service providers (FSPs) may need to be leveraged. The visualisation tool will Integrate real-time data into a visual display within the Control Room and will provide ESB Networks’ Operations team with enhanced capabilities for preventing and monitoring outages including faster dispatch and resolution following weather events. The weather service procurement will encompass the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive weather alert system, visualisation platform and weather data API, all tailored to meet diverse user needs

The Contracting Entity intends to procure Architectural Professional Services to bring the Refurbishment of ESB Networks Depot at Sean Mulvoy Road up to Construction. Further details are provided in the PQQ document.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure Fire Systems Engineering Professional Services to inspect, survey, design, and deliver any required remedial works for fire hydrant and deluge systems in compliance with Irish regulations. The appointed provider will ensure all systems remain fully fit for firefighting operations. Further details are provided in the PQQ document.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of metering works in the Republic of Ireland. It is proposed that works to be procured under the framework will include, but may be not limited to the following; 1)the provision of an end-to-end meter exchange service to ESB, to include but not limited to deployment planning and mobilisation, customer engagement, customer contact and appointment scheduling, stakeholder management and material logistics management through to meter exchange and commissioning of same; 2) the provision of meter reading services to include, but not limited to obtaining actual reads from a meter site, customer engagement and stakeholder management; 3) the provision of an end-to-end service for meter site inspections which may include, but is not limited to a comprehensive physical inspection for an installed smart meter; 4) the provision of meter sampling services, which may include, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of smart meters (including bagging and tagging and ship to a required testing facility); 5) the provision of reactive maintenance services which may include, but is not limited to, standard smart meter exchanges, priority replacement of meters for root cause analysis, remedying of meter communication issues and detailed investigations of specific meter points. Economic Operators who wish to participate in this Prequalification Questionnaire process should submit a response as set out in section A.3 of the attached document. At the date of issuing this PQQ it is envisaged that the duration of Framework Agreement will be two (2) years with an option to extend, at the Contracting Entity's discretion. Please note framework extension may be issued in yearly increments or any other duration up to six (6) years as required by the Contracting Entity.

The ESB Ecology Services Framework is being established to appoint suitably qualified service providers to deliver ecological consultancy services across ESB operations, including terrestrial and marine ecology, on a multi‑party framework basis.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Service Provider to provide the Supply and Support of the ESB Backup Infrastructure It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope) The supply of software and hardware support with licensing for the existing ESB backup infrastructure. The supply of software and hardware support with licensing for any new software or hardware added during the term of the contract. This will not be restricted to Cohesity related products as other backup solutions will be considered. ESB operates Cohesity NetBackup as its primary backup platform and Cohesity Flex appliances as its main backup repositories. ESB Currently has Cohesity NetBackup Hardware and Software installed and the successful tenderer will be required to support the existing infrastructure as well as providing updates, replacements and new software/hardware. As this procurement includes ongoing support for the existing environment, Applicants must be authorised Cohesity resellers and must hold valid Cohesity Premier Partner accreditation.
