Bærum municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for the procurement of internet-based grocery trading in Bærum municipality. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier who shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for internet based grocery trading (consumer packages). The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension one or more times up until two years. The total agreement period is 4 years upon release of full option. The potential value of the contract (four years) is approx. NOK 80 million excluding VAT. The maximum total amount for the framework agreement is NOK 120 million (four years). The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for the contract when the maximum call-offs have been reached.

Bærum municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for bus transport services.

The procurement is for a contract based on NS 8405 for the construction of technical infrastructure, concrete constructions and street installations with stone coverings and planting in the centre of Sandvika in the east. The contract is i.a. based on development contracts for private construction projects that are carried out before, during and after the contract.  Further information on the project and contract can be found in Part 2 Assignment Description.

The framework agreement shall cover the municipality ́s need for the delivery of medical consumables, incontinence products and operation of a stand-by warehouse.

Bærum municipality invites tenderers to prequalification for a competition with negotiations in connection with the procurement of a turnkey contractor (TE) for the following projects: Gnr./b.no. 17/463 and 19/241 - Underhaugsbakken sheltered accommodation flats (1001359)Gnr./b.no. 80/148 - Dønskiveien residences (1001213)Gnr./b.no. 93/189 - Leirdueveien residences (1001388) Contract includes development, engineering design and construction of three small house projects for Bærum municipality. Underhaugsbakken sheltered accomodations consists of the erection of 10 sheltered accommodation flats with the accompanying common areas for residents, as well as areas for personnel and administration. One quadruple dwelling (welfare dwellings) shall be constructed in Dønskiveien. Two quadruple dwellings (welfare dwellings) shall be constructed in Leirdueveien.

Bærum municipality shall upgrade and develop the Haslum crematorium. The project includes some alterations and renovations of the existing building from 1964, as well as a new building with a culvert connection to the existing building.  The new building is 766 GFA over two floors and shall house a new cremation oven and associated technical installations. Great emphasis has been put on the continuation of John Engh's architecture and the new building shall be constructed with dotted concrete surfaces, pillars and beams in glued wood and large glass fields.
