Authorisation Scheme for the Provision of Respiratory Sleep Therapy Service in the Community

The HSE wishes to establish a multi supplier Authorisation Scheme for the Provision of Respiratory Sleep Therapy Service in the Community (hereafter “Scheme”) with suitably qualified Service Providers (hereafter “Suppliers”) to provide an agreed list of Sleep Therapy Products and Services (hereafter “Solutions”) for HSE clients in the community (hereafter “Service Users”). Under this Scheme the prices will be fixed for all Service Providers, and the terms of the agreement will be identical for all Service Providers.
