Comeragh Pods Expansion - Supplies

This RFT is to support an expansion of Comeragh Pods Glamping Site. The project will entail 3 x Additional Glamping Pods. 2 ancillary buildings (Storage and Changing rooms), SPA Expansion, with all related works and services. This is a competitive process with varying selection and award criteria. It is a condition that the award of each lots of this RFT, that the successful tenderer must provide proof of the following: * Current Tax Clearance Certificate from the Revenue Commissioners Provide evidence that the following levels of insurance cover are currently in place or provide an undertaking that the required insurance cover will be put in place if tender is successful: o Employer’s Liability Insurance with indemnity limit of: €13,000,000 o Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity limit of: €6,500,000 o Professional Indemnity Insurance with an indemnity limit of: €1,000,000 NOTE: Levels of cover above are standard requirements.
