DSB is procuring a new digital solution for procurement execution and contract management (KGV and KAV). The solution will be used for carrying out procurement processes and for maintaining an overview of all active contracts. The solution must be integrated with DSB’s intranet and archive system (Elements) and must include functionality for the digital signing of tenders and contract documents. The Norwegian Directorate of Elections is affiliated with the agreement and may use it on the same terms as DSB. Additional information is provided in the attached procurement documents.
