Framework agreement for consultancy and engineering design services within planning and building applications as well as landscape architecture (LARK)

The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for consultancy services within the following disciplines: • Planning and building applications • Landscape architect (LARK) The framework agreement can include the following contract works: consultancy, detailed engineering design services, review and overall planning within planning and building applications. The framework agreement can include the following contract works: planning and carrying out investment and maintenance projects. The contracting authority reserves the right to use the contract for major projects, but is not bound to it. The contracting authority can announce individual competitions for larger/special projects. The framework agreement may be limited to cases where the service is a minor part and naturally belongs to another major building and construction project or where the contracting authority is covered by other overlapping contracts.
