Rogaland county shall procure a management development programme.
The objective of the procurement is to strengthen our 250 managers. We need assistance with planning and implementing an overall management development programme in Rogaland County. The programme applies to management groups and is not directed to individuals. The programme shall last for a period of four years, starting autumn 2026. Tenderers must be available for planning and development work from spring 2026.
