Provision of language training for staff

The aim of this procedure is the provision of a full range of courses and activities covering all levels of language fluency to support language learning in the five languages of the Office: English, Spanish, French, German and Italian. The courses and activities are mainly aimed at the Office staff, and when deemed appropriate by the Office, they may also be offered to external parties such as staff partners. Services requested relate to both instructor-led courses (group language courses, individual courses, other tailor-made courses for segmented audiences, short sessions and activities, etc.), e-learning and blended courses. They will also include the evaluation of language skills. The services offered by the provider will be delivered in the following modalities: on site learning, hybrid learning, online learning.
