Provision of National Co-Ordination Services For Culture Night 2026- 2029

The Arts Council seeks a supplier to provide National Coordination Services for Culture Night / Oíche Chultúir, a nationwide annual cultural event delivered in partnership with Local Authorities and other national and regional stakeholders. The Contract covers the year-round coordination, delivery and review of Culture Night at national level, supporting approximately 1,800 events annually across Ireland and online. The successful tenderer will act as the national coordinating body, support stakeholder engagement and communications, manage and develop the Culture Night website and related digital systems, administer an approved third-party budget, and provide reporting, review and ongoing operational support across the Contract term. The Contract will be awarded for an initial three-year period from 2026 to 2028, with an option to extend for one additional year.
