TR4710 - Service Provider to provide the Supply and Support of the ESB Backup Infrastructure services

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Service Provider to provide the Supply and Support of the ESB Backup Infrastructure It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope) The supply of software and hardware support with licensing for the existing ESB backup infrastructure. The supply of software and hardware support with licensing for any new software or hardware added during the term of the contract. This will not be restricted to Cohesity related products as other backup solutions will be considered. ESB operates Cohesity NetBackup as its primary backup platform and Cohesity Flex appliances as its main backup repositories. ESB Currently has Cohesity NetBackup Hardware and Software installed and the successful tenderer will be required to support the existing infrastructure as well as providing updates, replacements and new software/hardware. As this procurement includes ongoing support for the existing environment, Applicants must be authorised Cohesity resellers and must hold valid Cohesity Premier Partner accreditation.
