To be sure that the process for tender and the contract is aligned with the capabilities of the market, Banedanmark wishes to invite potential vendors for a written market dialogue and potentially a subsequent verbal hearing, if deemed necessary, regarding the upcoming tender.
The purpose of the market dialogue is to get the markets feedback on the scope and if it is aligned with the market regarding the composition of the products/services and the commercial conditions. In that way Banedanmark will be able to optimize the tender material accordingly to how the market is today before announcing the tender.
The market dialogue process is the following:
Banedanmark has attached an appendix to this document, which Banedanmark request the potential vendors to answer and return via EU-Supply.

The potential vendors is requested to return their answers through EU-Supply not later than 06.04.2026, but preferably before if possible.
The topics in Appendix 1 will provide the questions for the market dialogue. Depending on the answers, Banedanmark will have the option to invite potential vendors to a digital meeting via Microsoft Teams. The selection of potential vendors for such a meeting will be based on criteria to secure a representative sample of the market, and the purpose will be to discuss the answers and possible implications.
