The objective of the agreements to be signed is to cover DSS ́need for access to qualified translators in Northern Sami so that DSS can provide the requested services in this language. Communication of external assignments will be handled by a coordinator in DSS, and there is no need for communication services. Contracts shall therefore be entered into directly with the translators.
