La presente commessa si inserisce come intervento propedeutico a due distinti progetti infrastrutturali: * Progetto del Locarnese Ente Acqua (LEA): realizzazione di un nuovo campo pozzi per l’approvvigionamento idrico, comprensivo di un serbatoio di accumulo, impianto di pompaggio e edificio polifunzionale di servizio. * Progetto del Consorzio Depurazione Acque del Verbano (CDV): sostituzione del collettore per acque luride nella zona golenale del fiume Maggia. A tal fine, la presente commessa comprende le seguenti principali prestazioni: * realizzazione di una pista di cantiere per l’accesso ai futuri fronti di lavoro; * posa di nuove infrastrutture interrate, tra cui condotte dell’acquedotto (solo genio civile), canalizzazioni portacavi e altre opere affini; * demolizione del fabbricato denominato "Edificio AGET"; * bonifica del terreno interessato da neofite invasive. Per quanto concerne la bonifica del terreno interessato dalle neofite, il volume si stima in circa 4'500 m³ (dato indicativo e non vincolante - si veda documentazione di gara per i dettagli tecnici e quantitativi completi).
