2025 InnoEnergy carried out the 13th edition of The Business Booster (TBB), InnoEnergy's main external event aiming at fostering the link between the industry, investors, start-ups and policy makers. The event took place in Lisbon on October 22-23 with more than 1,800 attendants from 46 different countries. There were 117 start-ups exhibiting and pitching and more than 3,000 business meetings organized through our B2B tool. The topic in 2025 was “Clean industrial electrification: Powering our planet, our economy and our security”. InnoEnergy is seeking proposals from professional AV companies to select a supplier for TBB 2026. We are looking for a provider with a strong background in audiovisuals for international congresses and exhibitions. The purpose of this document is to outline what is required as well as provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and highlight the criteria by which the selection will be made. The aim of this event is to connect InnoEnergy supported start-ups with the industry, to help commercialise their products and services, for a better and sustainable energy future. InnoEnergy is looking for a professional stand building company to support this event not only by building all modular booths but also a company which supplies all required furniture, takes care of printing booth designs and signage, setting up all electrical connections as well as managing all aspects relating to health and safety requirements. Details of the booked floor space: • 11,000 sqm of exhibition space (Messe Munich Hall A6); • Purpose build auditorium (plenary room) with 1,200 seats • Build three breakout rooms for approx. 200-250 seats each one

The InnoEnergy Skills Institute (IESI) is focused on developing skills-based training and development to support the transition to renewable energy. As a public-private venture, IESI works with a variety of partners both governmental and commercial. We design and offer two broad types of content: 1. Academic Type Programs that allow the learner to asynchronously consume and interact with theoretical topics and/or deep technical subjects. These programs are generally aimed at higher education and post-graduate audiences and often consist of one or more ‘courses,’ which we further define in our IESI Course Development Guide 2. Professional Training and Development that are blended learning programs and employ a variety of formats to meet the needs of busy professionals and skilled workers. These materials are more geared towards training that involves changing behavior – teaching people what they must do to reach a business goal. Formats include a blend of short (less than 10 min) eLearning, Instructor Led Trainings/virtual Instructor Led Trainings (ILT/vILT), participant guides, job aids, etc. (This RFP is for the development of the materials, not for the actual delivery of the training.) To meet the varied training needs of our partners and clients, and to ensure we use the best suppliers for engagement type, we aim to build a diverse pool of professional learning content and training development vendors we can employ on a project basis.
