  • •In the context of the introduction of new stipulations for EU-wide tendering procedures (so-called eForms), public clients have been required since 25 October 2023 to publish the contractor information listed in any contract notices (previously contract award notices).
  • •Against this backdrop, must be provided for each bidder and each member of a bidding consortium the information listed on the relevant form with the proposal or the participation application in the case of a preliminary participation contest.

  • •Requirements for reference projects LOT 1/LOT 2:
  • •We expect at least 3 reference projects relating to the services we are tendering for. At least one of the referenced projects must be of a comparable size.
  • •Further requirements are:
  • •- References must not be older than 5 years
  • •- At least two references must demonstrate that the bidder has experience in:
  • •- developing pulsed/ramped power converters with currents > 200 A.
  • •- Building of the power converters within cabinets containing power electronics components (semiconductor modules, inductive/capacitive components) and output powers > 20 kVA.
  • •The references should be so detailed that the relevant knowledge of the planning and execution of the manufacturing process is clearly conveyed (e.g. with relevant images).
