Statsbygg shall, in connection with the project: 1148703 NTNU Campus collection, implement a turnkey contract with interaction provisions for sub-project 1148711 - K205 P5 Main Junction Turnkey Contract includes sub-project P5 Main Junction which is included in development stage 2 for the project NTNU Campus Collection (NCS). The Ministry of Education and Research is the project owner with Statsbygg as the builder and contracting authority. NTNU is the user and future manager of the buildings on behalf of the state.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
- •Tenderers are required to have sufficient economic and financial implementation ability.
- •Equity ratio greater than 15% and annual turnover of minimum approx. NOK 0.7 billion on average in the last 3 years.
- •Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience with having contract responsibility for assignments with a transferable value to project P5 Main Junction.
- •At least one of the reference assignments had a contract value of more than NOK 350 million (excluding VAT), and at least one of them shall have been an interaction contract.
- •Interaction means that the contract was carried out with phase 1 project development and phase 2 implementation.
