Eignungskriterien

• The Contractor shall be registered in a register of business enterprises, professional register or commercial register in the country in which the Contractor is established.

• The Contractor shall possess sufficient economic and financial capacity relative to the contract’s object and scope.

• The Contractor must have experience from relevant and comparable deliveries. Comparable deliveres mean delivery, implementation and operation of a Work Management System for customers in the public and/or private sector of a similar size and complexity.

• The Contractor must have the necessary capacity to execute the assignment.

• The Contractor shall have a documented and implemented quality management system appropriate to the scope and complexity of the Contract.

• The Contractor shall have a documentet and implemented Information Security Management System. The management system shall cover all organisational units and processes involved in the delivery of services to the Customer.
