IDA Ireland Integrated Facilities Management Services

IDA Ireland is seeking a reputable facilities management contractor, with a proven track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, building services, cleaning, porterage, grounds maintenance (Hard and Soft), Catering, works projects and helpdesk services, to deliver FM services to their office portfolio across Ireland and provide general FM support to their wider International estate. IDA Ireland expects the FM contract to commence in September 2026 for a period of 4 years with an option to extend the contract by 1+1 +1 years, to a maximum of 7 years.
