• Maturity and capability of SOC services: Benefits and additional value of highly structured and consistent SOC service with high quality and performance.

• Improvements for technical detection solutions: Detection capabilities to identify threats effectively, including also new and sophisticated threats and attack methods.

• Management of Human Resources: Adequate and qualified SOC services which requires suitable expertise resources, covering the continuous services as well as additional services and projects.

• Proposal for collaboration between different ECHA contractors

  • •Security incident and investigation process where (suspected) security incidents are coordinated by the SOC contractor, when
  • •the actual work and contribution is provided by several other ECHA IT contractors without ECHA’s involvement.
